Peanut Butter Fudge

Warm in heavy pan:
16 oz crunchy peanut butter (choose a "natural" brand with only peanuts and salt)
8 oz raw honey
Add: 2 tsp vanilla
1 scant cup Energizing Soy Protein, either flavor, or Instant Protein Soy Mix
1 cup granola
Several handfuls of LaChoy Chinese Noodles
Spread in square pan. Slice and refrigerate. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.

Double Chocolate Shake

2 Tbsp. Cocoa Energizing Soy Powder
2 Tbsp. Bavarian Cocoa Meal Shake Powder
1 cup Soy Milk or 2% Milk
½ cup of ice
½ cup frozen banana (optional)
Combine and pulse in blender (at least 150 pulses to whip air into the shake). Great to blend and warm in place of hot cocoa.

Aloha Pops

8 oz plain yogurt
8 oz crushed pineapple
3 heaping Tbsp. French Vanilla Meal Shakes powder.
Blend until smooth. Pour into Popsicle cup or mold and freeze until firm. Makes 6 pops. Yum!

Protein Fudge "Cookies"

1 cup Vanilla or Cocoa Energizing Soy Protein (or Instant Protein Soy Mix)
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 1/2 cup granola cereal
1 cup maple syrup
1 ½ cup coconut, shredded or flaked
Mix Protein, peanut butter, granola, syrup and 1 cup coconut in bowl.
Form into balls and roll into remaining ½ cup coconut flakes.
Refrigerate until firm and serve anytime. Or Experiment: pat into lightly greased fudge pan, chill and cut as fudge. For variety, try using Fiber Plan Daily Crunch instead of granola. Or honey instead of maple syrup. Or use nuts, seeds, raisins or carob chips instead of coconut. Or roll in chopped or crushed nuts instead of coconut.

Slim Plan Popsicles

Mix your favorite Slim Plan Drink Mix with cold water and pour into individual Popsicle molds and freeze. Add fruit or flavorings as desired.

Protein Candy

Mix together:
1 cup Energizing Soy Protein, either flavor, or Instant Protein Soy Mix
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granola
Form into balls and roll in nuts, more granola or Fiber Plan Daily Crunch.

Chocolate Ice Cream

1 cup Silk Soy Milk
1/3 cup Splenda (or sugar if that's your choice)
1 tsp Pure Vanilla
1 Cup Cocoa Meal Shake
Add ICE , about 2 cups, no less, and blend med then HIGH Speed for 30-45 sec..also freezes well to enjoy later...you can improvise on the ice for your preferences.
